General Eligibility Criteria: Nationality: Applicants must hold a valid passport issued by the nominating country. Residency: Permanent residency in the nominating country is required. The nominated representative must have held permanent residency in their home country at the time of nomination. Age: Minimum age is 18. For the recitation (Tahqiq and Tartil) categories, the maximum age is 40. For the memorization (Hifz) category, the maximum age is 35. Age will be calculated based on the nomination date. Previous Participation: Prior participation in the recent International Quran Competition of the Islamic Republic of Iran is generally discouraged. However, participants who have not secured a top-three position in the past two editions may be considered.
