Iranian nationals over the age of 12 must demonstrate proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 by presenting a valid corona passport document (digital vaccination card) with at least two rounds of corona vaccinations, the last one administered at least 14 days prior to travel. Alternatively, they can present proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours prior to travel. The answer to the PCR test and the vaccination card must be in English and have a QR code.  Non-Iranian citizens traveling to Iran are required to present corona passport document (digital vaccination card) demonstrating at least two rounds of corona vaccinations, the last one administered at least 14 days prior to travel.
