How to Aplay For Iran E - Visa
Physical presence by the Applicant at the time of submitting application
Documents required for submission:
Original passport without any damage, scratch or defect , valid for 6 months and with at least 2 blank pages;
print out of completed questionnaire through E-visa (https://e_visa.mfa.ir/en/ ) and tracking code;
Original and copy of valid residence permit for non-Danish passports, or residence confirmation letter from the municipality (Kommune);
Valid Travel Insurance in Iran (Letter from Danish insurance company in English confirming insurance coverage in Iran).
Please Note:
Applicants should not expect to receive a reply through E-Visa system. All required documents should be submitted in person at the Consular Section of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran- Engskiftevej 6, 2100 København Ø

Points to bear in Mind
A: The government of the Islamic Republic of Iran reserves the right to issue or not to issue visas for foreign nationals as well as the right to request documents.
B: Consular staff member will issue receipt and announce referral date after receiving and examining all documents.
C: Applicant should check visa details including dates after issuance and report any discrepancies for correction.
D: Visa holders should enter and leave Iran based on the dates of visa.
E: Overstaying beyond the visa period is a violation of the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
F:Any request for extension of stay should be lodged with the General Directorate for Foreign Nationals Affairs of the Police Force in Iran.
G: Visa holders should observe all local laws and regulations while in Iran
H: Visa fees cannot be reimbursed.
